Sampling Methods
10 BG-Pro traps in Skåne were run at 7 occasions approximately 2 weeks apart depending on weather. The sampling was done from June to September
Study Extent | During 2024 Culex mosquitoes were sampled in Skåne twice a month from June to September. |

- "Method steps 1. Researchers from SVA defined the appropriate sampling protocol for the target species. 2. Fieldwork was planned and coordinated by SVA 3. Mosquitoes were collected in the field by specialized personnel. 4. Mosquitoes were identified in the lab by specialized personnel 5. The collected data was entered into an excel database 6. The data was exported and manually corrected by experts Quality control Data are collected using a predefined sampling protocol and checked by professionals"
