取樣方法
"MOSQUITOES light traps with CO2 were used to collect mosquito in 5 locations in Poland, near harbors, international airport and other possible points of entry TICKS Ticks were collected by dragging a 1-m2 cloth (white flannel material) in selected areas such as woodlands, rural areas, trails . Samples were collected by foresters who received the manual, explaining the sampling procedure step by step. The forresters provided a precise data about sampling location (GPS coordinates, type of land etc.) in TBEV endemic areas. "
研究範圍 | "MOSQUITOES During 2024, mosquitos were sampled on the weekly basis, from July to October TICKS In 2024 tick were sampled by dragging in 3 provinces: Mazowieckie, Lubelskie Warminsko-Mazurskie" |

方法步驟描述:
- "MOSQUITOES 1. Researchers from NVRI )defined the appropriate sampling protocol for the target vector. 2. Fieldwork was planned and coordinated by NVRI 3. Collected mosquitoes were identified by species, pooled and tested for the presence of RVFV genetic material 4. The collected data was entered into EFSA database TICKS 1. Researchers from NVRI defined the appropriate sampling protocol for the target species. 2. Fieldwork was planned and coordinated by NVRI 3. Data was collected in the field by specialized personnel. 4. The data was exported and manually corrected by experts 5. Collected data was sent to Vectornet and validated 6. The dataset is published and registered with GBIF 7. The collected data was entered into an EFSA database Data are collected using a predefined sampling protocol and checked by professionals "
