取樣方法
"For the trapping of the adult mosquitoes BG-sentinel traps (Biogents), equipped with an additional CO2 release. For one trap, a specific lure (Biogents), have been used. For 4 traps, CO2 was generated with CO2 generator yeast powder (Biogents), for the other traps CO2 was supplied from canisters. Collected mosquitoes were identified, arranged into pools of 20 and tested for WNV and USUV presence."
研究範圍 | In 2024 Culicide were sampled at 7 locations in Budapest, Hungary. 4 sites with 2*4 traps were sampled twice per month for 24 hours from May to October. 2 sites were sampled with 1 trap for each, twice per month and an additional sites were operated continously from May to October. |

方法步驟描述:
- "1. A working party discussions about the planning and sampling methods were organised fot the participating experts. Entomologists from the National Center for Public Health and Pharmacy of Hungary (NCPHP) defined their appropriate sampling protocol. 2. Fieldwork was performed by entomologists of the NCPHP. 3. Specimens were identifiy by entomologists of the NCPHP. 4. The collected data was entered into an Excel database. 5. The data was verified and manually corrected by experts if necessary. 6. The data was converted to fit the agreed reporting tables for EFSA and GBIF. 7. The data was sent via the National Food-chain Safety Office (Hungary) uploadet to the EFSA portal and sent to GBIF representatives. Quality control Data are collected using a predefined sampling protocol and checked by professionals "
