                        <para>In 2024 tick were sampled by dragging in 3 provinces: Mazowieckie, Lubelskie Warminsko-Mazurskie</para>

                <samplingDescription>
                    <para>Ticks were collected by dragging  a 1-m2 cloth (white flannel material) in selected areas such as woodlands, rural areas, trails . Samples wee collected by foresters who received the manua,l explaining the sampling procedure step by step. The forresters provided a precise data about sampling location (GPS coordinates, type of land etc.) in TBEV endemic areas. </para>
